Biography
I have been teaching foraging professionally since 2007 and am the author of four foraging books.
I will always be in love with nature and in awe of plants and love sharing it with others. Foraging is an integral part of my life and work, alongside a lot of play, charity work, outdoor adventures and good company.
My professional background is in environmental education, health promotion and community nutrition. Previous to that I worked as an artist and craftsperson which also involved plants, people and nature.
